Registration
We provide different options of how you would like your
attendees to register for your event. They can register via mail, fax or
on-line.
Our on-line registration system is custom designed by
Conference & Travel and features include:

Personalization. Registration forms can be
personalized based on client requirements. Logos and pictures can be
included, and can even be adapted to fit your company or
organization's "look." No two registration forms are
alike because they are all designed based on specifications given by
you! Text boxes, buttons, check boxes, or drop down boxes are all
available.
Any field can be “required” so the attendee is unable to finalize
the form without completing these fields. Links can be set up to your
company/organization website, hotel websites, pictures, or whatever information you
want your attendees to see.

Changeable. If information needs to be added,
changed, or deleted once the site is set up and running we can do that
too!

Save and Return. Each attendee can set up their
own personal email address and password in order to be able to access their form
at any time to complete, change and update information.

Manage event. A designated contact for your
event will be given a username and password to get access to a page
with a list of registered attendees for your event. This can
be accessed via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This
feature is available for multiple events. Information from
registrations can be seen on a “quick view” screen, and the
information can be sorted easily with just a click of a button. If an
attendee updates their information, the date and time of the update is
also noted on this page.

Attendee View: Not only can a list of everyone
registered be viewed, but a single attendee’s registration data can be
seen by clicking on the ‘view’ button in front of the attendee’s name.

Excel Spreadsheet: From this event page, an
Excel spreadsheet can easily be created that includes all fields that are
listed on the registration form.

Notification of Initial Registration or Update.
An email can be generated to any designated person when an attendee
registers for an event. The email can contain all the details of the
individual's information. These emails are also available for anyone
who updates their registration information.

Quick Turn Around. In most cases, we are able
to create and have a registration site up and running in less than ten
business days. Changes to the site usually take less than 48 hours.
