Having grown up in a family renowned for their confectionery expertise, the company founder’s love of chocolate extends back to her early childhood when she started making chocolates at the age of eight and has only intensified over the years. Her passion and talent for chocolate making naturally led her to open her own chocolate shop in 1987. One might imagine finding chocolates of this quality in a renowned French patisserie, but the European art of fine chocolate making is now brought to Fort Wayne. While the success has been dramatic, growth has always been tightly controlled so as to never lose the reputation for supreme quality that accounts for their many accolades. Ladies will tour the chocolate making operations and have an opportunity to purchase chocolates in the retail shop. They won’t be allowed to leave without experiencing and enjoying one of the masterpiece desserts!
