Classic Creole

From the moment of arrival, guests will be awed by this spectacular setting and unforgettable event!

The setting for this event is named in honor of a Creole ancestor who began a 280 year old family custom of “dining in the Creole tradition.” The Creoles believed that dining was an important social event where exquisite cuisine set the stage for conversation, laughter, and bonding between family, friends and business associates.

Guests will enjoy cocktails and elegant hor’s d oeuvres in La Cour … an outdoor courtyard. Filled with the charm of an elegant Creole courtyard, the entire area is surrounded by gardens celebrating the seasons. Traditional heaping platters of Cajun crawfish, oysters and shrimp are sure to delight! Celebrate with a special drink such as Sazerac, Hurricane or Creole Kiss Martini! Live jazz is sure to send everyone right to the heart of Dixie!

It’s a Classic Creole dining experience complete with seafood gumbo, fresh fish or prime filet creole and chocolate bourbon pecan cake. Mardi Gras decorations adorn the tables in traditional gold, green and rich purples.

Following dinner, guests will swing the night away with genuine sounds from a Dixieland Band. Meanwhile, horse and carriages line the quiet streets of this historic little town plotted in the mid 1800’s to take guests on a romantic ride to places of years gone by.

Club Creole, with its Cuban yellow walls, dark woodwork walk-in humidor and wine creates a formal dining room and bar setting. Accommodates up to 30 guests.
Café Creole features an exhibition kitchen amid old world charm. Accommodates up to 20 guests.
The Conservatory brings the al fresco dining experience indoors amid lush plants and the warm glow of gas lanterns. Accommodates up to 60 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 100 guests for a stand-up reception.
La Cour provides a memorable outdoor social and dining experience. Accommodates up to 100 guests. It is the perfect fit for private meetings and special private dining. Accommodates up to 20 quests.
